CoinTR Splites Com and Pro Site

Dear CoinTR users,
 
In order to provide users with more professional service, CoinTR will split the com site and pro site at 02:00 (UTC) on Sep 6, 2023. The details are as follows. It is recommended that users, especially users of Türkiye KYC pay close attention to it.
 
Old users before the split:
  1. Users of Türkiye KYC:
  • Account change: While retaining the account and UID of com site, the system will automatically generate the account and UID of pro site for the user. Users can use the same account and password to log in to the two sites, and the KYC information of the two sites will also keep the same after the authorized login is completed.
  • Asset changes: Spot assets will remain on the com site, and futures assets will remain on the pro site.
  1. Users of non-Türkiye KYC: All KYC non-Turkish user information will be transferred to the pro site, and relevant information on the com site will be deleted.
 
New users after the split:
  1. Only users of Türkiye KYC can enter the com site.
  2. After the user completes Türkiye KYC verification on the pro site or com site, he/she can use the account to authorize login on another site.
  3. Users can transfer USDT between the two sites after logging in to the pro site through the authorization of the com site, or after logging in to the com site through the authorization of the pro site.
